Police Officer Renzi reporting, Sir! May 18, 2007

Sometimes when I travel I get really irritated by the commuters. Really, is it any effort to just NOT do some things that you see below? Will you just shrivel and die, or what many Singaporeans say “lose face”? We should just slap some fines to these people, for their inconsiderate, indifferent behaviour. As if Singapore isn’t small enough!

Yeah, lean your way to jail! Because of you, people around you may also lose their balance, and fall and hit their heads (and bleed to death..yeah I know I’m exaggerating)! Sir, I know you really cannot wait to tell the girl whom you met yesterday, via sms, that you miss her, but…your indifferent attitude leaves much to be desired. If you really want to practice pole-dancing, go to a real school. Don’t do it in the MRT train.

gross Firstly, is that guy actually pinching the girl’s butt (eeks, get a room!)? And gosh, I know you’re not sick, Mister because if you are you wouldn’t be pinching the girl’s…ahem! So if you aren’t sick, why are you leaning against the damn pole! And are you really that heavy? If you feel slightly heavy (and am suffering from the lack of self confidence due to it), go to the friggin gym!

ulgh Please refrain from putting your sweaty body against the whole pole. You’re not the only one using it. The poor lady had to go out of her way to reach above the whole man’s lazy flabby body.

gross! And does sitting at the outer seat of the bus ensure a faster exit out of the bus??? Oh yeah I forgot, even a second counts right? Grrr…

oops Oops, And I forgot that sometimes people pay for two seats in the MRT train.

I do have a couple more, but I can’t find it at the moment…oh well…*groan* sometimes extremely kiasu and selfish Singaporeans signal that well, we still have a long way to go. *shrug*

time to get back to work!

Disturbing March 1, 2007

While working today, Keith decided to msn me this disturbing link. It’s about well 2 separate cases of suicides captured on the CCTV systems of the respective MRT stations. Watch them ONLY IF you can take shocks. Some have argued that these are fake videos, others have expressed their horror (naturally), well…and the rest like the Flying Dutchman have condemned not the suicide actions, but the ethics, people who have actually got hold of the videos. Dunno lah, I just feel that it’s very disturbing to note that there are A LOT OF PEOPLE out there who are so lost, and so desperate, and well, just helpless to actually think of this very last resort – death. It is indeed very saddening that people would want to do that, to end their lives for issues that seem to hard to resolve (to them). It is a brave act but yet at the same time, an irresponsible way of escaping from problems. You leave behind not only your problems, you burden your family, friends with them. More importantly, you cause grief and evoke horrible emotions from your loved ones. I’m not even specifically going into the religious thinking of suicide.

Oh well, enough said. I’m sad enough for today… guess I’ll talk later.

Malaysia Vs Singapore January 31, 2007

National Stadium Walking to the Stadium to meet Jon

Jon and IJon and I Met Jon at the stadium. Took a shot before and during the match.

View of most of the National StadiumView of the National Stadium. I’ll be opposite today (at the grandstand area…SHELTERED!!!) And those little little ants are… well the soccer players.

Warming up – The players were warming up to the match, well…..so were we.

Deciding Goal – The whole congregation erupted as Lionel Lewis saves the goal, the last goal during the penalty.

A song for the Malaysians – This was okay, I mean it’s a little hilarious but I felt abit bad when everyone kept boo-ing the visitors. I mean it’s a friendly match right??

Hmm… While walking out of the NS, I could hear many enthusiastic fans still singing…

Well..wasn’t too bad a match. I mean, it’s the first LIVE soccer match I watched in the National Stadium. I’m going to watch the next match today. It’s probably my last time today, stepping into the grounds of the National Stadium. It does bring back memories… =)

Traumatised January 23, 2007

I was out with the girls for coffee when a group of 3 sat behind JS and AS. All went well until…………. the only lady, who was dressed presentably in a skirt, open her legs. Her cellulites, fats, panties were gaping at me….ULGHHHHHH….kill my eyes, sanitise me please!!!!!!!!!! I had to ask JS to shift toward a direction because I didn’t want to go blind. This is not like the first time it happened. It ALWAYS happens in MRTs especially.

Why can’t people, ladies especially and hopefully ladies only, CROSS THEIR FRIGGIN LEGS WHEN THEY’RE WEARING A FUCKING SKIRT/DRESS!?!?!!?!?

Please do not blind me. I’m already half blind, don’t push me to my grave. I am not interested in seeing cellulites, variscose veins and what not. PLEASE SPARE THE AGONY FOR OTHERS ie practice some consideration please – some of us still wanna see the world. I’m still young!!!

Bleah!
